Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Silver Empire (“Silver Empire”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we take pride in the quality, purity, and craftsmanship of our silver jewellery and products. Due to the nature of precious metals and handcrafted items, all returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed strictly by the terms outlined below.

By making a purchase from Silver Empire (online or in-store), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

  • Prices of silver jewellery are linked to market rates and are subject to daily fluctuations.

  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not an automatic customer right and are permitted only as per this Policy.

  • Customers are advised to carefully inspect the product before confirming purchase or accepting delivery.

2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

A product may be considered only for exchange if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Request is made within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase or delivery

  • Product is unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original condition

  • Original invoice/bill is produced

  • Product has not been altered, resized, engraved, or customised

  • Product successfully passes quality inspection by Silver Empire

⚠️ Cash or bank refunds are not provided under any circumstances, except where legally mandated.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Custom-made, engraved, personalised, or resized jewellery

  • Jewellery that has been worn, damaged, altered, or tampered with

  • Silver coins, bars, biscuits, bullion, or investment products

  • Items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers

  • Clearance or special-price items

  • Products without the original invoice

4. Exchange Terms & Valuation

  • Exchanges are permitted only against products of equal or higher value

  • Any price difference must be paid by the customer

  • Exchange value will be calculated based on:

    • Prevailing silver market rate on the date of exchange

    • Applicable making charges

    • GST and statutory deductions

❗ Making charges, wastage, certification charges, and taxes are non-refundable.

5. Refund Policy

  • No cash, bank, or online refunds are provided

  • Approved refunds, if any, will be issued only as store credit

Store Credit Terms:

  • Non-transferable

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Must be used within the validity period specified by the Company

6. Manufacturing Defects

In case of a genuine manufacturing defect:

  • Issue must be reported within 48 hours of purchase or delivery

  • Product must be unused and returned with original packaging

  • Item will undergo internal quality inspection

Resolution may include (at Company discretion):

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

7. Online Orders & Website Purchases

  • Product images and descriptions on the website are illustrative only

  • Minor variations in weight, finish, or appearance may occur due to craftsmanship

  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted based on visual differences alone

  • Final decisions regarding returns and exchanges are taken in-store

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled

  • Advance payments or booking amounts are non-refundable

  • If cancellation occurs due to non-availability from the Company’s side, a suitable resolution will be provided at the Company’s discretion

9. Buyback Policy (If Offered)

  • Buyback is applicable only for products purchased from Silver Empire

  • Original invoice is mandatory

  • Buyback value is calculated based on:

    • Current silver market rate

    • Deductions for wastage, making charges, and depreciation

❗ GST and making charges are non-refundable
Buyback terms may change without prior notice.

10. Right to Refuse

Silver Empire reserves the absolute right to:

  • Accept or reject any return, exchange, or refund request

  • Modify, suspend, or withdraw this Policy at any time

  • Refuse requests that do not meet quality or policy standards

All decisions of the Company shall be final and binding.
