6. Orders & Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities per customer

  • Silver Empire does not store complete debit card, credit card, or banking details

8. Customised & Altered Products

Custom-made, engraved, resized, or altered products:

  • Cannot be cancelled

  • Cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Design approvals, measurements, and specifications once confirmed are final and binding

9. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is currently available within India only

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics or force majeure events

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery

10. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns and exchanges are governed strictly by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

  • No cash refunds are provided under any circumstances, except where legally mandated

  • Making charges, wastage, GST, and certification charges are non-refundable
